We are doing a new kitchen. We are doing white exterior cabinets with Virginia Mist Granite and an island with White Princess granite. I was planning to stain the island a dark color (close to black) but I am now concerned that will clash with the gray Virginia mist. If I do a stained island should I match the floors (also planning to go dark) or keep the island white?
