Tells the exact same story as your other post that you are not listening to. It is not "fixable". It all needs to be redone as CTEC states the tile is not set properly (spot bonding). flexing, no waterproofing, etc. This is a tear out and do over by someone who know what they are doing, clearly not this contractor. Asking over again is not going to change the truth.

You have gotten water behind the tile- that is a bad thing, you don't know how much moisture has been trapped behind tiles for how long. Not somthing that can just be skimmed over and tile reset over it again.

It was a poorly done tile job that went bad fairly quickly. It needs to be redone. Otherwise you are looking at fixes till your warranty runs out then a redo.

What was the terms of the original contract as to how this bathroom was done? What is the warranty language?

Keep taking lots of pics and share them as this goes along today. You might end up needing documentation, and also you will get some good advice.

You might want to consider getting in another contractor, a tile pro, to come in and check your bathroom as the demo is being done. They can give you an in-person professional opinion of what you have going on.

The cement that you use in the tiles is spoiled, after taking it out of your wall and tiles, you will apply new cement with the tiles, then it will connect well, please try this.
