Grout Problem

A piece of grout that is about 1 1/2 inches long, 1/8th inch just came out between the glass tile in our shower. It was professionally done in may 2012. We are not using the shower now. Is this an easy fix or just the beginning of it falling apart?

Do you know whether the grout came from a tile store or big box store? It seems to me that they used the wrong type of grout. If you have leftover grout jut mix it with water and patch that area, wait for a week and then you can use the shower again.

Thanks R H Kitchen and Bath. I will have to look and see if we had any of that left over. I did no think of that. On the contract it just says unsanded stain resistant grout. Otherwise I guess I should call the installer.
