1. Turn on the boiler to make up water. The pressure of the pressure gauge should be above 1.5 bar, and turn on the boiler to operate normally, because in the process of exhausting, the water pump of the boiler can exhaust some gas.

2. Use a hexagonal wrench to close the return valve of one group of radiators.

3. Use the exhaust key or a flat-blade screwdriver to gently unscrew the manual air release valve counterclockwise according to the method shown in Figure 1. In order to avoid the accumulation of air inside the radiator and bring out water flow, you can cover the air holes with a rag or dry towel. The radiator should be tapped lightly to ensure that all internal air is exhausted.

4. When the exhaust of the vertical radiators of this group is finished, turn off the water inlet valve.

5. Exhaust each group of radiators in turn according to the above method. During the exhaust process, if the boiler stops running, the boiler needs to be supplemented with water to ensure that the boiler is in the on-operation state.

6. When exhausting the last set of radiators, do not close the return water valve, just exhaust directly.

7. Finally, open all the radiator water inlet and return valves, and the exhaust process is over.

Precautions

1. In the process of bleeding the radiator, many residents accidentally unscrewed the exhaust valve. Water from the pipe spouted out, and the floor furniture at home was flooded. HVAC experts suggest that if the user accidentally turns off the exhaust valve, first turn off the inlet and return valve and block it with a towel.
