My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

powder room color?

Would it be a mistake to go w SW Peppercorn in the powder room to match the rest of the foyer? Would do some natural wood tone shelving for contrast. Appreciate your opinions!

    I would have some fun with this space. Perhaps you can find a bold, modern wallpaper that has a very dark pattern that works well with the Peppercorn. I see this as a WOW space for your guests! Go wild here!
