My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Budget Kitchen Remodel

I just wanted to share our budget kitchen remodel. overall spent about $20k (including all materials and labor). Did not buy any new appliances besides the range hood, kept the same layout except knocked down a divider wall between the fridge and pantry. saved some costs by using remnant countertops.

cabinets: custom, color is Sherwin Williams Light French Grey and Acacia Haze

faucet: Brizo

sink: Kohler Riverby

counters: Silestone Calcatta Gold

hardware: Emtek Jasper

backsplash: Bedrosians Cloe (white)
