I have a Sektion kitchen with nice appliances but the doors and drawer fronts are in bad shape. My contractor recommended Scherrs. They had exactly what I was looking for and when I called, the person I talked to was super nice and helpful. I placed an order for new doors and drawer fronts for my whole kitchen. I’m replacing the countertops and backslash too. The person at Scherrs sent me an email to let me know the shipment was in the way, the delivery I paid for included one days notice of delivery and a half hour notice. That didn’t happen. The delivery man called me at work to tell me he was going to leave everything in my driveway in the rain. I called Scherrs and he left. It took me a week to get the delivery back. My contractor came to install the pieces-only 1/4 of my items arrived and there were several pieces that were in my colors but I had not ordered. I called to let them know. They asked me to go through every piece I got and make a list. It took me and my contractor hours. A new invoice was created, i approved it. A new order was shipped. I pleaded with them to give me a days notice for delivery, same thing, this time I was out of town. Again, the order was missing my items and full of things that just weren’t part of the order. I’m really at a loss. Scherrs stated that they would replace everything at their expense (I mean really!!) I made a mistake on two items-this is like 12 things I have spent hours and hours ordering, reordering, plus I have a basement full of their mistakenly sent kitchen item I’m going to have to dumpster fees for. Now Scherrs is saying the things that have to be replaced won’t be here until the end of March. I started this order in October.
