The bench seems long for the current wall. Will it fit on the other side of the entry? Then the mirror will fit, too.

place long vertical chrome framed mirror on bench wall. if this is a bench to sit on place it on opposite wall under thermostat. id paint it a neutral color as its too dark for dpace. if its any wider than 18-20”, its too wide for entrance space. top it with a colorful covered foam or a coupla colorful cushions. Place a round or rectangular colorful mat on floor. you can add a pic to thermostat wall. remove the wreath n chuck it

I think I see some blue accents in your kitchen - if that's a color you love, you could chalk paint and seal the bench in blue, or paint it white and add some furniture transfers with a blue theme to the bench.

I like marhop's idea of moving it to the other wall. You could add pretty coat hanging hooks above it, and maybe place the mirror across from it. You could paint the mirror trim to coordinate with the bench - or paint it a bright color for a pop.

The wreath has a country vibe, - it looks like it has light pink accents. If you paint the bench blue, you could use pink transfers for accents on the bench and hang the wreath over it, instead of coat hangers.

I think the mirror is too large. I would add an upholstered cushion on top of the shoe bench. An area rug and a piece of art on the opposite wall would finish the entry. If you live where you have winter weather, consider an umbrella container, too.
