Where are the ocean view windows? A floor plan would help.

If you have the swivel chairs, you could move them where you want them now. Then decide what color.

With only one photo, we're not getting the full picture. I do know the piano should not be on an outside wall; that's detrimental to its health.

Why not a subdued red/rose color in a small floral for the swivel chairs? Now that the red sofa is gone, everything in the room is blue...

A touch of yellow works well with blue.

I think the room feels too busy, and unbalanced. I left the sofa in the below picture, changed the color to a more appropriate red, removed some of the patterns, tried to balance the red so it wasn't just the sofa and carpet.

Can you eliminate the skirted table? The room is so crowded feeling and that is a big visual chunk. How about some new lamps? Those are so beachy feeling to me and, again, like the skirted table, they're a big visual chunk that seems not to fit the vibe of this room. You could use a larger coffee table. Have you tried the blue bench/footstool by the fireplace as a coffee table with a tray on top? It may be a better choice.

This is a stunning room. The wood paneling is incredible. I'm still confused about what you want to put where. Can you post even a crude hand drawn pic of the room, doorways, windows and where you want to put the swivel chairs? Also do you intend to keep the two other chairs currently in this room and covered in the current fabric?

How many people use this room at once and what do they do in there - conversation, reading, looking at the ocean?

I would do a navy and tan fabric to bring together the other blues and the darker hues of the walls.

There's a lot going on in that room (different prints, checks, stripes + patterned rug) so perhaps a little toning down would make everything look more coordinated. You mention above that blue for the swivel chairs you want to reupholster doesn't work. I understand it would make a mass, but what if you softeted it with a white or off white piping. Have a look at the image below...

It would really help to see pictures of both sides of the room with the furniture you actually plan to keep. Right now it's difficult to make suggestions. That said, my inclination is that the room is very bold and busy right now, even without the red couch. I'd be inclined to use a neutral (cream, very pale beige, etc) on any additional chairs.

I think there is too much furniture in the room and too many different blue patterns. It’s a lit. I’d remove the pink couch and get two ivory/white side chairs for that space, flanking the fireplace, or at the end of the room, perpendicular to the blue couch. Move the blue patterned ottoman into the middle of the room where the coffee table is now with a warm wood tray on top Relocate the current coffee table to another room. Relocate all the other blue chairs to an area outside of the main seating area. Replace lamp shade with an ivory or white linen shade. Edit a bit, anywhere else you can. For instance remove all the small items off the mantle. Place one ceramic mid-size vase with some branch cuttings.

This room does not say summer home to me. The 60-30-10 rule is a good one to follow. Right now, you have almost equal amounts blue-red-cream. It overwhelms the senses. Use the blue as the 60, cream as the 30 and the red as an accent. I prefer the chairs in white but then the tablecloth needs to change. Also the lampshades should go.
