My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There are so many different shades of gray, but one of my favourite grays is from Benjamin Moore's historical collection, Revere Pewter. It's a warm, earthy gray that changes with the light. If you like the color but want it lighter, have the paint store reduce the pigment concentration by at least 20-25%.
