A color similar to tile color. That way you can change up the wall color - (which I am assuming is the only place where you have grey). .

White is easier. If you go with grey, be sure to check the color grey in the room. The grey I chose was a little too cool to be perfect but that was the only grey.

I think white is more classic and matching gray shade to gray walls is tricky. It is not uncommon for white or cream to be used for trim in rooms that have color and it would not be unexpected to have white or cream shades in a room whereas gray would be a noticeable visual element
