I think the sconce is a little too modern looking for the chandelier....

Not sure if this link will work, but check this out...Elk Lighting Alexis Antique Silver one-light wall sconce. It's on Bellacor's site, item #479860. Ideally, I think the scroll silver ceiling mount part of the chandelier would be a great base for your wall sconce with the matching gathered shade.
Another thing you may consider doing is if you have found a sconce that matches that chandelier and has some crystals hanging from it, just remove the crystals.
