I have 3 hinges so I would take the middle one per the clip. My door is solid by the way.

One little concern is what if the bent pin rubs against the hinge and over time the hinge/pin wear out. I suppose it will take a while and when it needs replacing can just get a new pin or new hinge and repeat the same steps. But just a thought on that

I was also thinking to swap those 3 hinges with each other perhaps there are some weird kinks in a couple of them

It's because I've had lots of issues with noises coming from the hinges from lots of my doors. And I've spent lots of money and time to fix them. So I am hesitant to create friction in the hinges.

Lubriant in the hinges will help reduce the noise.

Unfortunately lubes will dry and noises will come back

graphite helps for quite a long time, with noises from hinges.
