Kitchen Faucet Finish Help - Mixing Metals

Hi - we are changing our kitchen countertops which has led us to pick a new backsplash, sink, and faucet. Our last choice is picking a finish on the faucet. The easy choice would be to match our existing cabinet hardware with a Satin Nickel, but we're thinking a polished (nickel or chrome) or satin gold look would be more interesting. It's dizzying reading all the design recommendations, do's and don'ts of mixing metals, so thought I'd seek advice here. I've put together a crude design board with options - hopefully resolution is good enough. Would love any and all input! (changing cabinet hardware not likely in play due to some issues with current, so let's assume it's semi-permanent for now).

anti-TLDR folks: cabinet hardware is 3" CC but the handles extend past the screw holes and press against the cabinets. So when removed, there is scuffing/damage for approx. 4" of width, so any new 3" CC handle would need to cover those marks. In theory I could replace with same style in different finish, but wasn't planning on it.
