    Where is the table?

It looks like what you have on there is fine. What else would you need?

It’s this “counter” not actual table. The lights are set to the right. I just don’t know what should on this

If you need anything to me a low decorative bowl -- maybe under your 2 photos, on the counter, which forms the vertical line... I could say horizontal line is the pendants.

Something that blends with either wall color, or counter, blue of photos...

preferably something that looks handmade... to repeat vibe of fp and woodwork...

I would also remove the pendent lights and if they can’t be completely removed replace with small can lights. I like the idea of a large painting, and maybe retire one of those lights for a picture light.

    Hello Christine,

I totally agree with the previous comments about losing the pendant lights and choosing a large piece of artwork to hang above the "bar".

I have rendered a few pictures with some ideas as to how this could look with our 3 piece wall art. (Click the image to see a bigger version).

I think the basement is quite impressive with the tiled floor and the stone wall behind the woodstove. To enhance this grandeur the first piece of wall art I have chosen is a French castle.

Another option is a magical-looking sunbeam through a dense forest.

The last option is a bit more advice than you bargained for, but in my opinion, the cool blue-greenish color of the walls does not match the warmer tones of the bar, floor, and stone wall, and I would paint the walls in ivory or beige color. For this option, this Mediterranean artwork would suit the room.

Hope you could use the inspiration.

I thought that pendants light up task work in kitchens, etc. If you like them, why withdraw light? It does have a 'busy' look though... why I suggested trying adding 1 thing, asymmetrically, directed by the 3 pendants.... there aren't 4 somehow? ;)

Can’t remove the pendants . The light is needed. Don’t know why 3 and not 4, makes decorating harder, hence the request for decor

Sorry to say that there seems challenge with 3 varieties of natural surfaces of floor, fp, cabinets. Are pendants amber- and would you consider more neutral ones, even if darker [to blend with counter, fp...]

Imo, you don't need anything other than functional items that you like the look of. Photos can go elsewhere imo, cause they aren't rustic, and the area around it is.. how about a rustic metal-framed mirror [sized similar to the 2 photos, vertically]?

What about a long rustic dough bowl, maybe filled with organic elements like round moss balls, coral, orbs, etc.? The pendant lights would highlight the contents in the bowl. I like your orchids and photos!

I’m thinking decor would be what the room is about? I would start with a live plant to the side of the pictures. How about a rug?

I need to see the whole space and BTW Edison bulbs in any fixture are horrible light with a yellow glow on everything I do agree the pendants do not make sense if you need light do LED potlights in 4000K a ton more light than what you have now

You could try making it a coffee bar or bar area. We might recommend doing away with the pendant lights and adding some artwork that would complement the space. Below are some ideas from a few designs of ours.
