It would be nice to see your space but usually I love large print wallpaper in powder rooms but I aslo like a bit of color so I need to see your space . I ahve sometimes even just done silver or gold leaf on random parts of wallpaper .and that one you show could easily have just the odd leaf done

If you like it go for it-it is only wallpaper.

Hi Sam - I’m no pro, but have papered powder rooms and I say go for it. That’s a place you can go a little wild. I like the large print, though I’d go for more color. Either way, I think your space will be terrific!

Go for it! Powder rooms are meant for bold choices. Fortune favors the brave. :-)

I agree with Suzanne-m ^^^ That HUGE pattern may overwhelm your small,powder room. I’ve tried several samples in my small, 10’ ceiling powder room and the larger format papers are just too much. Something bold, yes. But the scale matters too.
These large patterned papers are very popular so finding something dramatic but smaller can be challenging. I’m in that exact dilemma.

Yes, go for it with wallpaper, but not that wallpaper. You can certainly get large scale, but that is too, too large. I'm sure you can find paper that has the same feel too it but with the half the scale and it will still look really big in your space. Have fun.

Thibaut wallpapers are a great place to start, as @suzanne-m showed us! I used one of their whimsical papers years ago in a teeny powder room. If they still made it, I would buy it again.

@suzanne_m I’m not seeing the result of your google search. A lot to think about from your feedback on this thread. I think it might be useful to post a few pictures of what Tania has in mind for the space and photos for some of the current plumbing package items.

The Toto black toilet (figure 2), Watermark Elements wall faucet (figure 3), and the black vessel sink (figure 4) on top of the floating cabinet (figure 1).

The last picture is really the closest… imagine palm leaves instead of stripes.

If you do a google search on palm tree wallpaper images, you find many models. Many are large but some not as large as the one you posted at the beginning of your discussion.

The first one in the last comment would work.
