Mounting projector screen in plaster wall

I am currently trying to mount a projector screen using standard 6” projector screen L brackets, but running into issues with my plaster wall. I’ve tried toggle bolts, but have had no luck there. I’m assuming the screen will be too heavy to mount directly in the plaster, so what are my options for anchors?
