There's good going with vanity and curtain. Depends on other visuals, of floor, etc... can you post photos?

That is your antique mirror? It's the wrong style for that vanity. Something more curvy perhaps?

I thought black and white curtains would go with black framed painting but I’m not sure now. Smaller wooden colored prints? Maybe I should change curtain. To what? White shutters. Can’t do sheers as need privacy here. I’m stumped. Hubby picked out everything but curtain btw so I’m stuck. 🙂

I like the vanity and curtains, and perhaps that larger picture on the left (to be hung on the right wall). But, I agree the mirror, while lovely, feels too square/heavy for the vanity; I also can’t tell if it’s just the photo or if the mirror isn’t centered on the vanity. I think a softer mirror (perhaps tall oval) would be a better overall fit. Good luck!

P.S. - Although it’s a totally different vein than your powder room, here’s mine- to give you an idea of what a softer mirror might feel like. (This is a 30” round and a 42”vanity.)

kj, I think it's as much the 'feel' that an item gives - What does the castle/bridge art mean [to you]? also while I'm on it, do you quite like toile? seems nice. To me, the castle is a tad 'heavy' a look... or is it in combination with wide frame of mirror, I can't be sure...
