Also if you have any advise for the rest of the living room I’d love to hear it, I know it’s kinda bare. I like my house to feel a bit staged, but I think it’s too bare.

I think you definitely need some color there - art on the walls in the living room, and a colorful vase on the console table as a start. The basics are fine but you really need to add some personality.

For console, put a group of three different items together - looks like they were always meant to be there. Also looks more interesting than one item by itself. Experiment: think about color, dark, medium, light, balance, and contrast. White against white doesn't do anything for the room. You have no color pattern - is that something you are willing to introduce (visual interest and conversation starter)? Also, try driftwood, coral, ceramic bowl, tall fresh branches in tall black pattern basket vase. How about a tray for a landing zone - for keys, wallet, or change?

Ceiling light for living room is not optimal. Much better is a table lamp or wall sconce in each corner at chest height.

Once I saw where console/mirror is, I thought it needed something like a plant near. If not actually used there, could there be a comfy bench? or console with art? mirror by the entry?

Right off the bat, my thought is the mirror ( a bit large for the console) goes over the mantel and art and lamps go over the console.
