Wall mounted teak seat

Might you share the manufacturer/source of the teak seat please. And are you an advocate of them? My 92 year old Dad has a small shower and this may work perfectly.

Thank you for the thoughtful question. This seat came from MrSteams website. But for a 92 year old I would not recommend this seat. It's not big enough for safety reasons. I would recommend the removeable style. If keeping it attractive isnt as important as safety then I recommend ADA Approved seats :https://www.homedepot.com/p/Drive-Medical-Grey-Bathroom-Safety-Shower-Tub-Bench-Chair-RTL12203KDR/204124172

It goes without saying that these should be used with the appropriate grab bars for safety. I hope that helps!

Thank you! I always appreciate your quick response and candor. With a design change in Dad’s shower we can build a seat with a secondary handheld shower head.

Your response sent us back to the drawing board and gave us confidence we are doing the correct install for Dad’s safety. A big hug is headed your way!
