My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The drying rack is from Ikea, and was purchased this spring (2013), so it should still be available.

    It's ikea GRUNDTAL and it is awesome! We have four we mounted on our wall to manage our beach/swim/air dry stuff. Love them! Only thing: the spacing doesn't make it into studs for both sides...so we put them on a decorative backing (note we amass a ton of beach towels, swim wear, swim suits; thus the high qty). It works for us!

    IKEA no longer sells this. It’s nearly impossible to find now sadly
