Broken Rhododendron

I just answered a question because a Rhodie was why I'm here. We had a severe ice storm the other day and mine broke in a few places--nothing fatal, probably, but several branches. I'm presuming that I can cut those off straight when I can easily get to it to limit the likelihood of disease, and otherwise forget that it ever happened.

Other than that, I shouldn't need to do anything, correct? There's enough remaining mass that the bush should be fine in terms of leaves, and post-blooming, I'll reshape it into something smaller and more appropriate for what's remaining.
