Here's what we do to prevent damping off. After I plant the seeds, I use a fungicide. I put a heaping teaspoon of Captan in about a cup of water and shake it up good (it will settle back out). I water the seedling, making sure all of the soil is touched by the fungicide. That usually controls damping off for us.

Also, don't keep your seedlings too moist. Once ours go outside (we grow under lights) and they are not sitting in a tray that doesn't drain, we can water them all we want. But when they are in the house in a tray that holds water, they don't like to stay too moist. I would rather they be a little dry than too moist

I hope you get your damping off under control. It's really disappointing to see those little seedlings falling over.
