I have 2 "Mother" Silver Gem Violets and they each have 3 to 4 babies on runners around them. I would like to move some of these to another shade bed but need them to have roots first. The babies are full grown with flowers but not rooted. Kind of like strawberry plants. If I pin/dig them into the soil will they make roots?
