I agree 100% with no more winter!..we had some nice days then last night the temperature dropped to 14 f (-10 celcius)..

As I said in the sun lover thread, I get very little sun so I'll just post a couple that never brighten up like they would with more sun. In some i prefer the darker color but also think it contributes to their slow growth and eventual decline.

June - Stays this way all year.

Gold Standard - In almost total shade.

Gold Standard - Started from a division of the one above but in dappled sunlight.

OK, I'll play since there isn't another category that fits this one. I think it likes the shade because it's almost blue, but closer to dark green and being in the shade makes it darker. Also, it's very upright with upward stretching, large leaves and the shade would help accentuate all that. In my garden it doesn't really get any direct sun, but high dappled shade for several hours around mid-day.

Wish I could partake, but had to download all photos due to a security issue I was dealing with last week. But I have a very shady side and front yards. Many do well, including many yellows.
