Meyer lemon disease? (help with diagnosis)

So, I still seem to be dealing with an issue with my Meyer Lemon tree and I can't figure out exactly what it is. I'm in Ontario, Canada and the tree is in front of a south west/east facing window.

A lot of older leaves have diffuse clustered brown bumps all over their underside (not following a specific pattern along veins) with related yellow discolouration/increased translucency on the leaf when looking from above. Some of the newer leaves also have discrete lesions that look the same (but less diffuse).

I've attached some photos here of some of the older leaves, which I've removed, and a newer leaf on the tree.

So far I've tried Safer's End-All and GreenEarth Bordo Copper Spray (that's the white you see on the leaves).

Any ideas on what this could be or what I can do to prevent it in the future? I feel like I'm at a loss, and I really appreciate all the info I've received by lurking on this forum for a while :) Thanks everyone!

Your spraying probably helped but it won't undo the damage. The leaves look good and functional

to repeat and reinforce what poncirusguy said ...

you most likely have solved the issue ... and you are not going to 'heal' the leaves by treating it more ... dont kill it with too much love ...

a leaf with any green will do its job of converting light into energy .... ignore the acne ...

that said.. figuring out what the issue WAS ... is good ...

The leaf is not infected by a biological disease, it has been infected by a citrus virus. Not much you can do with a virus. However, your tree still looks healthy enough.

@Silica thanks for letting me know! Any risks of this spreading to other citrus/plants nearby? (I.e. should I keep it away from the others?)

Thanks, haha. I'm going to try and ignore the acne. Some of the newer leaves are showing it too, but since it's fruiting okay I'm just going to leave it alone for now. Also, LOL, that's totally my mistake - it's in a South West window but sometimes it's in a South East window if I need to move it for space reasons (south west/east was a bad way to represent that haha)

@Silica oh man, that should have been obvious to me, but I guess I hoped it wouldn't be the case... I usually deal with human viruses more than plant ones. He may be sent to another part of the condo while I figure out what I'll do.

Thank you so much for your help, I've been confused about it for a while now; always nice to have an explanation for what's going on.

May turn to a new citrus this spring if I stay in this greenhouse of a condo lol.
