Replacing a 24 year old Sub Zero but due to supply issued it's looking like will not be available for at least 10 months or more. Need a side by side - don't like french door due to dimished freezer room. Cannot fit columns and want components on top rather than on bottom since I'm short! Family member has the Dacor and loves it. I like the look, layout etc but am concerned about quality and service. I've read a lot of reviews, Evidently reviews have gotten worse since being bought out by Samsung. While I know that disgruntled people tend to post reviews more I am concerned about customer service and future part availablitliy should I need them. Amazingly as I was researching this the glass on my Jenn Air wall oven shattered so I was looking at the Decor Professional 30" as well to take advantage of the 10% off if I spend over $10,000.
