My mom used to work for Sealcrete in their technical department ( helping people who messed up their sealing and painting projects based on improper prep or weather conditions)…. She said… use porch or floor paint. If it is bare, it would require cleaning and etching. If previously painted, remove all loose/peeling paint and apply a primer based on porch and floor paint recommendations.
