I assume the window and door locations can't be altered? Only you know if a makeup vanity or tub fit your lifestyle better. That much space it seems like you can sacrifice 3' x 5' for a wc (or a hot box as some here call it) versus it being so close to a makeup vanity

Thanks for the input! Yes now we are considering keeping the WC and doing an alternate layout by relocating the closet door to the bedroom, adding a window/tub, leaving/expanding the WC & shower in current location, and adding a linen closet in front of some hvac that are too costly to move.
