Dining Room is 12' x 11'1" I would like to keep the chairs, chandelier, flooring, and paint. I plan to lose the breakfast and replace with painting. Current table is extendef to 84" wide. It is 44" round without leaves.
I'm open for any suggestions. The chairs are a brushed bronze. Chandelier is polished nickel. I might consider changing the upholstery on the chairs. However, current fabric is in excellent condition. I use the dining room two to three times per day. The table currently has top protectors in place.
