I was wondering if it was okay to cut out tye soft part? I git it recently and it is massive, so I was super excited to take it home, however, it has a pretty good sized soft spot. It's not mushy, but soft. Should I plant it, or cut out the spot? My last ee died, I did everything the interwebs said, and it died right after shooting off a bunch of babies. So I'm scared I'm going to put all this into a bulb that will die. It does have some minor buds ready to burst... if that helps at all. 6 total!
