I prefer the layout without the wall oven that is a personal choice. Make sure you have enough room from island to stove to open cabinets/drawers and oven.

I also prefer the layout with the stove vs wall ovens. We're in the middle of a kitchen remodel, and I'm going from a cooktop with wall oven/microwave combo to a stove plus a convection microwave that I'll put in the reach-in pantry. I decided on that so I could have more pantry space on the wall. I think it's really a personal preference, but for some reason, your layout with the stove just looks nicer to me. You probably already know this, but make sure to get a counter depth fridge so you're not jutting out into the walkway.

I like the range option better. The corner adjacent to the wall ovens looks dark and congested. Whereas the extra countertop and glass front doors looks amazing! The only thing I would change is to eliminate the open shelving and replace with solid door uppers. Having glass front doors and open shelving might look a little cluttered once you accessorize both those areas. I would also add more drawers to the two-drawer base cabinet, unless you have a lot of extra tall items you plan to store there--the two-drawer option is going to be very deep and then you have to be careful about weight load capacity.
