I would like to plant some trees/hedges around the perimeter of my house- adjacent to a fence. We are a corner lot. I previously had arborvitae for about 17 years but they look awful now. Are there any other options besides them and privets. Was thinking some crepe myrtles behind for added height. But truth I’m lost. I’d like to start at a 4-5 ft allowing for some moderate growth.
