If you need a new roof, I recommend picking a medium to dark gray shingle. It goes with most house colors. I would hesitate to paint the wood trim and bottom section a dark color because your house has a soft look.

The area without grass needs to be decorated with more pots of plants and trees to make it more inviting.

Thank you. It is currently tenanted . Very scruffy looking at the moment. Unfortunately we can only paint the tin roof.

Then I would only paint it a slightly deeper gray.

I would paint the brick and block white. Replace your porch posts with cedar ones and use cedar on that wood paneling in the back and do a cedar garage door. Leave the roof as is; should be a plus if you live in a warm climate.
