Which series and which Bronze? Typically more towards black.

If you mean Marvin's aluminum clad windows with PVDF fluoropolymer paint, Bronze is more warm dark gray than dark brown and very much more attractive than Ebony. You will think they're black when installed. Don't rely on photos; get painted aluminum samples and put them next to your other exterior color samples in daylight at different times of the day and in different weather.

I've never seen the fiberglass Elevate or Essential window in Ebony or Bronze and would be concerned about initial and future appearance of any dark window cladding other than aluminum.

It's the elevate series

They have several different Bronzes. I just used Marvin windows in both the Aluminum clad Ultimate and Elevate. I used the standard Bronze for each line. I am matching some paint to the Bronze and a pretty close match is BM Night Horizon 2134-10.

I can't find my chips now to give you the exact Marvin color.

I put a link to the 5 Elevate colors in my previous post. There is only one Bronze. Scroll down and select "Exterior Finish" to see them. They are Bronze, Cashmere, Ebony, Evergreen & Stone White.

So in person it is more brown than black? Thank you!

Dark brown.

The standard Marvin Bronze was also a good match to the standard bronze of our Euro-Wall multi-slide doors.

I dug deeper into my sample box and found the Bronze and Ebony fiberglass samples for Marvin's Elevate windows. I photographed them outside in shade so they seem pretty accurate. The Bronze is probably a tiny bit more brown in reality. From the street you would probably not see a difference.

But go see entire windows in these colors before buying them.

I just installed the Marvin elevate. They are a very soft brown /black.

From a distance they look soft black.

Thank you!!
