I would do a collage or gallery wall there trying to find things that coordinate well together. You can even frame some photos larger to use there instead of your table behind sofa. For that table I would use larger accessories and maybe have lamps on it. Looks like you could use some more lighting layered in, although it is hard to know since we are only seeing a small section of the room. Love the various blues/blue greens good start to pulling the room together.

I like the ideas suggested so far, but it’s hard to say they will work in your space without seeing them in context with the rest of the room.

Some option to go with gallery wall with or without your existing wall plaque

Perhaps try some art pieces that can work together and are similar, like these we used in one of our designs:

Here are some additional pics of the room. Hoping that helps in determining what else could be hung.. think a collage will be too much was thinking maybe those wood arches on each side? Any input?

IMO you already have too many collages around the space. Too many small items. Look at @BeverlyFLADeziner's suggestion. Also the gold in the other room is kind of jarring I would switch to a softer yellow

A long horizontal macrame wall hanging would add texture but not a lot of noise - there are some terrific ones on Etsy
