My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I love the railings and we are building a home in Florida with a very similar staircase, could you please let me know your railing source? Much appreciated.

    Yes, they were designed and built by a company in Miami called, Avion Metal Works and the artists name is Joan Maurice. I contacted them but they do not work build railings for stairs outside of the Miami area.
