smallish kitchen layout ideas

Dear hive mind!

I am fully renovating a small-med kitchen which gets challenging because of 3 doors and an unmovable radiator making a corner unusable... Any and all ideas of layout are welcome. Bonus points for squeezing in 2 seats somewhere for having a quick breakfast :)

start with an L up against two walls...the 125 inches and 130 inches. sink under window and stove /fridge on 125 in wall. you can use the opposite corner / the 78 and 83 inch walls for a banquette or round table or a smaller table with some 12 in deep cabinetry if you want/need more storage. The storage needs/ the appliance selection and budget have to be determined but I would utilize those 10 foot walls and bank them up as a start. Get graph paper and just start placing things in spots and moving around the fridge square/ sink base square/ stove place holder etc ......Good thing about the L on those two walls ...you wont have the traffic from the two doors [going into the living room beyond ??] interrupting a task zone there. Could be a lot worse with 3 doors....and many times the windows are too low for cabs below. You are in good shape. these kitchens utilize L shapes with 2 walls....very basic/ smallish but not lacking in character and certainly functional. note the large window really an aesthetic benefit ..in the 2nd and 3rd.

Ideally a to scale floor plan on graph paper showing all windows , doorways , where those doorways lead where the plumbing is if it can't be moved easily , in your case rad and all the sizes of the appliances you are planning. There is no way to help with kitchen design with the plans you posted .

We are not living in the house during the demo. So we are good there. The ideas I have are as follows:

    * sink in front of the window

    * cooktop and micro-hood about middle of left wall, fridge at the end of that wall-just before the door

*I have no clue how to handle the radiator. It's a steam one, so as far as I see not many options there.

*Full length (but 12" deep) pantry cabinets at the other two sides in an L shape. Should I have bases and walls there as well to create some additional counter space (for example for a coffee machine or airfryer?

The best that you can do with the radiator is to cover it with a steam radiator cover. Something like this or something a little more attractive.

you have a jog and a recess in the corner by the radiator. I might use that and install a higher counter above the radiator. You can install a lift up cabinet above that. I'd place counter and 12 in deep vertical storage......a blend...on the 83 in wall instead of the 78 in wall. With about 6 feet avail you can do a mix of a tall storage cab and some counter with cabs below. What is the white box you placed in front of radiator? Also look into a corner lazy susan instead of the blind cab in your corner, left of sink. here is lift up cab above for above radiator......and floating ledge as you have that jog in the wall something like this butts into nicely.
