My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It was a long, open-plan living/dining space, so there weren't really any space limitations - but it was quite a massive sofa. I would say if you're worried about size, you may want to opt for something a bit smaller. This one is more of a wide arc, but I think 4H also sells one that is more of a semi-circle.
