The pics have no context so not sure what I am looking at in relation to the house Take some pics from further back se we can see the whole area. I am not sure how you paint a house that is not finished and it does not look like gray in the pics. That deck is an accident waiting to happen so fix that for sure .We nned more info .

It is not completely clear to me what you are wanting advice on that is not "flat, lifeless, square." The hardscape in front of the house (sidewalk, some sort of area you were building, stoop)? So changes in plane of hardscape with some introduction of curves and integral plantings? Or the facade of the house itself addressing some pergola, applied deco, fenestration, balcony, porch? What was intended to be done and started?

Future note: be careful when you don't crop pics of what is showing on your picture rolls.

Other than the mess of the porch, it looks like a nice house, not flat or lifeless. If you want more "life", I'd paint the shutters a brighter color. SW thinks Coral Rose looks good with Agreeable Gray.

Fix the balcony. I would get it inspected to see it there are any structural issues.

Take the shutters off. They are wrong for those windows. Paint the front door an interesting color. Get larger lights for the entry.

Landscape. Include an ornamental like Eastern Redbud, Japanese Maple, or Dogwood in the yard. Have a mix of heights and textures, evergreen and flowering, perennials and annuals.
