You can have them looked at as for sure something sounds off and not normal. No way to be sure without more info and or actually being on site.

Definately not good install would be my guess but you need someone to have a good look to see what the issue is My first qestion is are you sure they are exterior doors? Any time you have a dilemma we need pictures.

Andersen does not nor ever did make interior doors.

For us, we have a general checklist that we go through in order to determine the proper solution for an issue. I assumed Anderson did the same and they do. Have you seen this list/resource?
