Replacing Anderson exterior glass doors

We have two anderson doors we put in when building the house in ’98. Both were a little tricky to deadbolt lock, (not the biggest deal) and booth let air flow through. Weve resorted to packing tape and duct tape around the doors in colder snaps if doors didn’t need to be used. We have tried to adjust them in their frames. This winter my husband added some extra weather stripping in to keep the breeze down(!) and they are both hard to latch and harder to lock. I assumed we needed new doors but after reading reviews and looking at Kolbe doors, I wonder if it was just faulty installation that we can have professionally fixed.
