Plygem sash replacement

We have a stress crack on a 6 years old plygem windows on the bottom sash. i have been trying to find a way to get a sash replaced, but it has been pain in the butt. builder first source (where the builder got it from) not helping much since im just looking for 1 sash replaced. Plygem themselves keep telling they dont sell to homeowner directly, and HD needs a SKU number that plygem wouldnt provide.

anyone has a successful story to have sash replaced from plygem. i wish i have andersen windows and can order directly

Do you have a local building supply house that deals with them? Is a stress crack not a warrantable item? Is there a serial number on the window anywhere?
