Question about insulation

Hello, I am trying to update the insulation in my house. It's an 80 year old house in the Detroit area of Michigan. So we get cold winters and warm summers. We have a very drafty house and have a hard time heating it in the winter.

I have attached a sketch of the wall layers. Also, I included a picture of the wall with the foamular XPS insulation. I ran the 2x2 horizontal to try and limit thermal conduction through the wood. I also included a picture of a section of the wall we cut out. From that you can see the wood planks, the tyvek, the cement tile and the siding.

My plan now was to put unfaced r15 fiberglass insulation and then the 5/8" drywall. Will I have issues with mold? Will there be issues with compressing the r15 in the gaps? Or should I move the pink foam boards? Any advice would be appreciated before I start to close it up.

Thank you
