plastic rug sample, anyone know the source?

I was shown this rug sample, in plastic, but I don’t know the manufacturer. Something tells me it’s in Queens, NY.
This company used to make plastic rugs in custom colors, but you can’t get custom in plastic from them anymore. Only in 100% wool.
It’s dark brown, turquoise and green with a black and white diamond design.
