Hello, just joined. I hope someone has some advice on how to solve this black mold problem.We live in Maine and have a section of building that's unheated. Section was an addition built in 2006. It's insulated but started getting black mold on the sheetrock up near the peak of our angled vaulted ceiling. It's gotten worse and spread larger over about 2-3 years--- I'm thinking of getting up there on ladder and giving a good scrubbing with bleach solution- will try not too wet, as I imagine the strength of the sheetrock is already compromised :-)I don't know what the frame structure is like underneath, but maybe just cutting out affected sections would be a better solution? Any ideas, tips and advice would be greatly appreciated! ThanksI'm going to try to attach pictures
