Window Help!! Coating options.

Building a lakefront cabin that faces SE on the prairies in Canada. Overwhelmed by the window options. We are looking at All Weather Windows and Plygem. I want protection from the sun so it doesn’t fade the furniture / floors but I want to be able to have lots of house plants!! Are coatings standard on all windows these days?? We are going triple pane unless you have another thought??
