Another picture of the whole front would help. The curved steps are attractive but don't look practical. The storm door can't be opened without stepping down to the lower step.

For a cohesive design, we need to see the whole front. It seems odd to have the seating area blocked by the railing. It looks crammed into the little space next to the wall. The shutters don't belong on that type of window.

Personally, I'm not a fan of those overlarge, clipped balls. I see you have a sitting area. You might make another, little cement semi-circle for it. The shutters are undersized, but they bring color in. I'd go for blue shutters, as that dhade of red isn't my favorite, but most of this is my taste, not necessarilynwhat is objectively better.
