This bathroom is in great shape. If you are doing a full remodel then i would suggest looking at the pictures on this site There's everything for everyone. If you are changing a few things then, You could change the toilet. A skirted toilet makes the bathroom look newer and it's easier to clean. Peal and stick glass tile gives a feeling modern style for the walls outside shower. Most modern showers doors are se thru but if that isn't your style that's fine. If you do change the shower door, choosing one to match the modern faucet on the vanity will look more modern. Keep in mind that gold is trending so you could change the faucet to gold instead as well as the handles on the cubby over the toilet.
