How cold did they get in the garage? If they are still good, you might not have had good, TROPICAL HEAT yet for these to initiate growth. Try inside, until it warms up outside.

I put mine on top shelves in the basement for winter in their pots and do not look at them until April (no water). When I see sprouts, I take them down and start watering indoors since we may still have cold mornings. They love it very warm and grow quickly after moving outdoors in May.
