What look are you trying to achieve?

@millworkman I agree, but we are adding more hardwoods throughout the house and we want the stains to match.

@G & S Floor Service great question :). We want something timeless and transitional, but not too dark. Orginally had a medium neutral brown in mind (no orange or red tones preferably) but I'm not sure how it will look on the fir.

Apply Ciranova Pink Blocker and your desired stain and poly.

The look you have now, is timeless and a classic look for fir. Although, your floors looks more like southern yellow heartpine.
